Residents of Erie may be eligible to receive a $50 rebate on high-efficiency washing machines, according to a resolution approved by the Board of Trustees.
The 2010 Town of Erie High Efficiency Washing Machine Rebate Program offers a total of $3,000 in funds toward rebates for Erie water customers who purchased an HE washing machine after March 4, 2008.
Sixty $50 rebates will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the maximum is one rebate per family account.
