The Boulder Chophouse will donate all proceeds from their Thursday, April 1, happy hour to local charity Legacy of Learning, a non-profit serving at-risk youth, and Justice High School, a school for kids who have been truant or expelled from other schools or are in the justice system.

“Helping troubled kids do well in school and in their lives doesn’t just benefit them and their families,” Boulder Chophouse manager Amanda Young said in a statement. “It builds a community full of people with the ability make a difference in the world.”

The Chophouse, at 921 Walnut St, will donate one hundred percent of food and beverage sales from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m to the two organizations. Local educators will be behind the bar serving up drinks for the cause.

Attendees will have the opportunity to make donations to Legacy of Learning or sign up as a volunteer teacher. For more information, call 303-444-8422.
