Lawyers representing more than 20 media outlets on Monday asked a
Florida judge overseeing the trial of George Zimmerman to unseal the
court file and give the public a look at the details of the
second-degree murder case against the 28-year-old neighborhood-watch
volunteer.
Among those behind the push are the New York Times, the Associated Press, and CNN, as well as newspaper publishers Gannett and the McClatchy Company.
