Gluten-free pizza crust spreads
Boulder-based Gluten Free Bistro has signed 14 more Nick-N-Willy’s locations to offer its gluten-free pizza crust.
The additional Nick-N-Willy’s shops are in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, South Dakota and Kansas. Nick-N-Willy’s is offering its Signature Pizzas, like the Aegean, Big Kahuna or the Magellan, along with its Ultimate Pizzas and Build Your Own selections, atop a gluten-free crust for dining in or take-n-bake.
Colorado and Utah locations of Nick-n-Willy’s already offer a gluten-free crust.
The Gluten Free Bistro was founded by three gluten-intolerant Boulder locals who were dissatisfied with the gluten-free foods available.
