On Feb. 3, Boulder County sheriff’s deputies responded to a trespassing call from a home on Kincross Way in Boulder County.
The caller reported that a suspect, possibly a process server, entered her home and, “in a swift manner,” entered the garage, where the victim was about to exit her car.
The suspect reportedly applied pressure to the driver-side door of the car as she was trying to exit it, and then “served and dropped some legal papers,” according to the police report.
Then, as the suspect was attempting to pull out of the victim’s driveway, the suspect’s car brushed the victim’s leg. The suspect was not injured.
Police are attempting to determine the identity of the possible process server.
