Upslope was the first brewery in the state to stick its IPA in a can (second in the nation by its estimates), and the West Coast version is clean and bold with hints of toffee hiding between flavors of snappy and sticky pine. It’s got a lovely hue of deep copper, and a whole lot of bitterness throughout to keep things lively.
