Boulder police officers responded to a house party with 150 to 200 people in the 1200 block of East Ridge on Feb. 26.
Officers arrested one person on a charge of DUI after she allegedly tried to flee from the party and drove on the median along 28th Street.
Officers also issued five tickets for minors in possession of alcohol, and they expect to issue another 12 to 15 summonses as a result of the incident.
The two residents who hosted the party turned themselves in to police the next day and were arrested on charges of obstruction.
