Boulder police arrested a 34-year-old transient on two counts of criminal mischief.
According to police reports, the suspect is accused of using a hammer to damage a total of 13 cars in the 2500 block and 2200 block of Spruce Street. The two incidents occurred about an hour apart from each other on Thursday, Feb. 25.
